Research at Rutgers-Newark takes many forms. Campus initiatives continue to produce exciting research, and keep Rutgers at the forefront of discovery. Some of the leading initiatives are currently in the fields of neurobiology and psychology:
RUBIC: Rutgers University Brain Imaging Center
The Brain Imaging Center allows Rutgers researchers to study typical and atypical patterns of brain function in order to better understand neurological processes and disorders.
ROAR: Research on Autism at Rutgers
At the ROAR Lab, Rutgers psychologists study autism spectrum disorders and examine links between autism and prenatal infection, and deficits in visual perception.
