Linda Morgan

Linda Morgan joined Cogswell Realty Group, L.L.C. in 2006 and leads CRG's planning and predevelopment efforts for its mixed-use redevelopment projects in downtown Newark. She participates in securing project public financing and economic development incentives to leverage the firm's investments. In addition, Ms. Morgan is facilitating construction close-out of CRG's redevelopment project at 1180 Raymond Boulevard, Newark, as well as spearheading various marketing and corporate recognition efforts for CRG's Newark portfolio.
Prior to joining CRG, Ms. Morgan managed a number of successful redevelopment projects in Brownsfields development with OENJ Cherokee Corporation; urban and waterfront redevelopment with Skidmore Owings and Merrill; and in smart growth planning as the New Jersey Director of the nonprofit Regional Plan Association. Linda serves on several nonprofit boards and is an adjunct professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. She has a B.A. from Smith College and a Masters in Public Affairs and Urban and Regional Planning from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University.
